Odessa. My group of friends and I toured the 7km market, which was quite interesting. We didn't stay long because of the cold 47 degree weather. Most of the "buildings" were shipping containers, which contained clothing, shoes, etc. Most of it is imorted from China and thousands of people travel to the 7km to do their shopping.
Our tour guide was a beautiful young woman named Ulia, who was proud to show us the better parts of Odessa, which was near the prot and promenade.
We also had the opportunity to visit the catacombs, which were used by the Ukrianian partisans during WWII.
In town, we visited the Privoz market, one of the largest farmer's market in Europe.
The first photo was of the sunrise taken from inside my cabin. Unfortunately the outside of the windows weren't prefectly clean. |
