I am a 65 year old visually impaired photographer. I am often pleased with the detail that I can see once the photos are loaded on the computer. There are many facets of the photos revealed at that time, that were not eveident to me when the picture was snapped. The bike is one of my main modes of transportation, in this shot it was a snowy and icy day on the Boise greenbelt. |

The photos on this page are a few of my favorites. The ones from Africa are my pride, I traveled to Botswana alone and unassisted. I enjoy challenging myself to levels that I believe most V.I. people would not. |

There are more than 40,000 elephants in the Chobe game park in northern Botswana. |

I don't think I will ever truly find a style of photography for myself, I enjoy taking photos of so many things in so many ways. I try not to over edit my photos. Although with my new Paintshop Pro Photo it is getting much more tempting to do so, as you can see in the last photo on this page. |

The African dancers were in Maun Botswana. I also was privledged to spend several nights in a native village in sought central Zimbabwe. We had a celebration in the village that lasted most of 14 hours. I will eventually post some of those photos on this site. |
