I love Oregon. Have never made it to Salem This is so rich. Full of texture and life. It feels like a throw back to the late 60's-70's of Boulder, Co. Love all the art, and *sigh* who isn't still searching? Turquoise is my fave. You have THE eye, Allan. All your Tabs are in my Faves, Thanks.

Cool pics, Allan. What happened at the Starbucks? Part of someone's Buy Local Campaign?
Abking said at 11:10 p.m. on May 8, 2007:
Thanks everyone for the the thoughtful comments. I really appreciate your feedback. Brennan: Nothing so political. I only saw the aftermath. Some young people got in a shouting match outside the store. One of them, to prove his point, or to show how bad he was, something like World Wrestling, slammed his fist against the window, and the window broke. Starbucks customers weren't fazed because they could walk down the block to the one on the other corner.

Allan, Thank you for letting me follow you around Salem. I really enjoy your sense of humor and they way you look at things. I really enjoyed "just get a guitar and learn how to play.". Thanks Allan. Best - Roy.

Oh these are great photos... you have a really inquisitive eye. You must have a lot of patience and most-importantly: awareness. We are surrounded by events like these, but we often fail to realize that there are pictures to be taken there.
