When I came across this large group of people using these strange machines I immediately thought that I had passed through some sort of time portal. Was I in the year 2013 or 2014 ? I learned later that these people are gamers playing the lastest version of Dragon Quest. There was a sort of hot spot nearby that allowed these people in Akihabara to play the game for ten minutes for 0 yen . Welcome to the new world !
