"the Alchemist"

“ When someone makes a decision, he is really diving into a strong current that will carry him to places he had never dreamed of when he first made the decision "

- Paulo Coelho

“ There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve: the fear of failure "

“ It’s the possibility of having a dream come true that makes life interesting "

“I don’t live in either my past or my future. I’m interested only in the present. If you can concentrate always on the present, you’ll be a happy man. Life will be a party for you, a grand festival, because life is the moment we’re living now.”

Remember that wherever your heart is, there you will find your treasure.” You’ve got to find the treasure, so that everything you have learned along the way can make sense. “

I am probably one of the few Brazilians who never read Paulo Coelho. I like his lyrics, but I'm nor sure I would appreciate his literature. On the other hand, your photos tell me a lot about dreaming, living the present moment, finding treasures and enjoying life.

"What makes the desert beautiful is that somewhere it hides a well" (Antoine de Saint-Exupery). The difference between a garden and the desert is not water but man (Touareg quotation). Nice pictures and words Andreas. Your shadow looks so tall? What did you do? ;-)

Perfect philosophical words and perfect photos. This sand and the landscapes associate with eternity in my understanding and vision of the world. While the man dreams he is capable to believe and to like

Hello dear friends!
first of all I`m happy you like the photos and quotes from " the Alchemist "
but surprise, surprise...
... the photos were not taken in the moroccon desert
it was taken on the southern tip of the amazing bay of Agadir
away from the hotels and resorts...
it was a peaceful paradise ( at least at 7am ) of small sand dunes !!!
Cheerio, Andreas

Beautiful...beautiful... I like the saying "If you can concentrate always on the present, you’ll be a happy man." Yes, live at this moment. That's why this moment--present is called "present"!!
