Oh Nororen these are absoultely superb, I just love mountain scenery and these are the best! Of course they are our own Canadian Rockies. Wonderful set of photos. Thanks for sharing.

I like the juxtaposition of the Massive Rock masses and the delicate flowers such as the alpine clematis that grow there . I paricularly like th first picture with the beaver dam in the foreground, spotting these combinations is a skill I envy ! Cheers J.

That first photo is a stunner but I also LOVE the one ...fifth row on the right. It's got just enough mtn w/the water to the left - perfect! Thanks for sharing - it's a treat for the eyes!

Thank you, Laura! I am so glad you particularly liked the 5th row shot. I was a little disappointed because, had the sky been a little less cloudy, the setting sun coming from behind me would have set off the snow-clad mountain a little more. Perhaps when I go home I will "play" with it a little!

Jorma, thank you... much appreciated. The Rockies certainly are stunning - I used to live there but prefer the climate on the west coast where I now choose to live.
