Despite the numerous controversies that Michael Jackson struggled with during his lifetime, there is no denying that he is an icon, a musical genius.

 

I have always loved listening to his music. His songs have never failed to lift me up and make me enjoy life even more.

Beautiful tabblo, cher. I just saw a feature on MJ from CNN and realized that we all really need to stop persecuting people because of faults or allegations and always look for the humanity in each person.

i'm remembering him saying 'i don't sing it if i don't mean it'....and i think always of this childhood famous 1st single of him/them (jackson five) ...'BEN' ........his friend the rat.......(not to mention 'bubbles the chimp' he loved animals and was so childlike for all of this life)

I agree with what you say, as well. Michael Jackson captured my heart with "I want you Back" Jackson 5. It's still one of my favorite songs. ooh ooh Babeee... and i have been inspired by and admired his music ever since. The other stuff is none of my concern. The music will live on, and it is always sad to see an Icon pass early.
