Grace, Whit and I went to Wild Child in Arlington to visit my friend Dana Klein (store owner), get photographs taken (she had a photographer there today), and make a couple of small purchases.  Grace's American Girl doll came along for the ride.

Then we went to Za, right in Arlington, for lunch.  The children polished off a cheese pizza and I had a delicious avocado salad.  Grace and Whit each drew a masterpiece.

Then we went to Monsters vs. Aliens at Fresh Pond movie theater.  Of course we were 20 minutes early because of my chronic problem, and while watching the on-repeat roll of random Hollywood facts these observations emerged:

1. Grace thinks I look like Beyonce

2. Whit thinks Robert Downey Junior is cute

3. Grace thinks Duane "The Rock" Johnson is very handsome
