Mariusblack said at 12:35 a.m. on Jan 7, 2009: your tabblos always make me ponder, annelies. even this one. i especially love how the disjointed gets connected with everything else, making a coherent whole. the cracks almost looks like lightning with the way you laid the images out. a good thinking tabblo. =)

Wildthing said at 4:17 a.m. on Jan 7, 2009: This cracks me up, Annelies. Seriously though, it's a graphic reminder that everything eventually comes apart. The elements, time, and man build, then destroy. But the world will survive & regenerate.

Great Left of thinking, here! But I hope we can put the world back together! I remain optimistic. Peace, sis!

Gerardfotografeert said at 6:13 p.m. on Jan 7, 2009: What an awesoem tabblo with beautiful shots off cracks and fissures. Intrigerend ook. Mooi gedaan ook om de lijnen elkaar te laten achtervolgen.
Leftofcenter said at 6:13 p.m. on Jan 7, 2009: Thanks everyone for indulging the crack in my wall - or is it my brain? :) Love all your comments, I added the John Lennon line only because I was watching the news on the telly and the sad state of affairs in the Middle East and the world in general (thank you AMIGA) But the "crack in the wall" is what some of you saw: life itself, sometimes it's straight ahead, but there are the unexpected pit stops, detours, u-turns, side paths, sometimes the road is clear, other times it's blurry... the "whole and the broken" thank you ALLAN :) MARIAN/Nina1960: I saw the HEART too!! so SANDY/Bravemoonbearer, PAMMIE: it's not over till the fat lady sings (wot?)

Eduardo.affonso said at 5:05 p.m. on Jan 8, 2009: Have you been reading Paulo Coelho, ANNELIES? "Maktoub" seems to be his favorite concept. I like very much the way you designed this, although I don't really believe in destiny. Life, for me, is just "an coup de des" - but your tabblo fits perfectly this idea, too.
Andre. said at 5:14 p.m. on Jan 8, 2009: Hi. Really like this being LIKE THIS. HNYear, Leftie
Nina1960 said at 5:23 p.m. on Jan 8, 2009: "an coup de des"google translated= jaar van de staatsgreep..Edu, what does it mean?
Eduardo.affonso said at 6:38 p.m. on Jan 8, 2009: MARION: "Un coup de des" means "a throw of the dice", things happening merely by chance.
Leftofcenter said at 10:05 p.m. on Jan 8, 2009: Merci FRED- I was just joking, je sais pô ce qui m'a pris à citer from THE SHINING (???) en tout cas la GRANDE visite du CHAT m'a fait très très plaisir :)
Thank you "Ogagator" (cool name!) I thought the end product looked like "abstract art" too!
Hey Keena, yup, that was Fred Head...
Hi EDUARDO, thanks for dropping by, of course you don't believe in DESTINY- why am I not surprised?? but even "les coups de dés" are a part of DESTINY. and I was the ONE who told Paulo Coelho about "Maktub" for his book (which I didn't read) but I did read all the others! :)) are u back in Rio?
Happy New Year Wot-Ka boy, we missed you!
Marian, ik denk dat de vertaling "doppelspel" is. denk ik...
AliDar said at 11:39 p.m. on Jan 8, 2009: ... even the crack seems to be going someplace, but then you made that happen. That's the only kind of destiny I believe in. Very heady tabblo Annelies. I like it. but I disagree with Maktoub, just because it was written doesn't mean you can't re-write.
Nina1960 said at 2:06 a.m. on Jan 9, 2009: Ik kan blijven kijken naar je foto's..heeft zoveel betekenissen..en op het laatst komt alles nog goed:))
Leftofcenter said at 8:28 a.m. on Jan 9, 2009: zoujedenken??
thanks, Dar. I can only "make it happen" in tabblos. in realife it's MAKTOUB, even the re-write is DESTINY... but I appreciate your thoughts on the subject, that's the great thing about the comments on my tabs! :)
