It is a very very cold Sunday here in Cambridge!

The morning started off with homemade muffins.  Then Whit built a "Star Wars airplane" out of Lego and Grace attempted some Early Readers.

Then I bundled Grace and Whit up in their snowpants and parkas and walked down to Porter Square.  We got on the T with no specific plan, we were just looking for adventure.

We got off the T at Park Street and wandered through the Common.  Grace and Whit watched the skaters on the Frog Pond for a while and then dove gleefully into the nearby playground.

When my hands had turned into frozen claws that could no longer operate the camera on my phone (though I seem to be the only one who got cold at all) the three of us headed back to Park Street.

We got off the T at Harvard Square and had hamburgers and fries for lunch.  After lunch we walked to the Cambridge Common playground.

Then it was home for rest!  Grace played with her OLPC and I tried to wrangle Whit to sleep (wrangling still in progress)
