Tishfish said at 6:22 a.m. on Sep 23, 2008: If I had been driving along this road and began to see these signs, I think I would have turned around and went back. Just a thought of that possible mountain goat butting my car over the bank, and all the other warnings, it would have been iffy if I went any further. Nice shots though Dar ! !

JuDeck said at 10:14 a.m. on Sep 23, 2008: cool signs Dar...love the one that says to remove your sunglasses and what looks like a mobil rest area sign. have to say that i've never seen a avalanche warning sign (why such a odd shaped snowball?) nor a badger (?) crossing sign. good captures and a fun tabblo.

Bravemoonbearer said at 11:21 a.m. on Sep 23, 2008: Nice tabblo.I agree with Mike. This is really a nice capture of both the road signs and the country side.
Eduardo.affonso said at 11:50 a.m. on Sep 23, 2008: I'm just wondering how many times you had to stop your car to take these pics... Some signs (specially those that portrait wild animals) are so interesting. I didn't you you used kilometers in Canada.
AliDar said at 2:06 p.m. on Sep 23, 2008: LOL, honest Mike, I didn't even notice that the sign was growing out of the cows back! LOL, my bad. <G> just have never seen cows roaming around loose like that before and they seemed to like hanging out at the rest stops. Same with most of the road signs in the area; being a transplanted easterner, they seemed to me to tell a story about the area all on their own. ... the deer crossing sign isn't new to me of course, but I've always loved seeing them leaping into the clouds.
EDUARDO, most of these shots were taken from the car when it was moving, except for about six or so that I just had to make sure I got. <G> Thanks everyone! :)

Shenresi said at 2:49 a.m. on Sep 28, 2008: wonderful, Dar!!! This yellow- black road- signs, fit very good to the rest of the landscape- nice tour!!!
PhotoPop said at 3:35 p.m. on Oct 23, 2008: I don't think the cows are the least bit interested in these signs. Just look at their attitude, their devil may care expression, their insolance. That is what is wrong with America today, insincere bovines.
