what I take for granted everyday and what you've captured as a proud moment...excellent tabblo, a TOD in my book too.

tcg: I love the use of b&w here. you've done an excellent job of using it to focus on the faces of the people you are presenting here. i think in a moment like this their expressions say so very much and for many of them their lives are written on their faces. the fifth picture also shows a beautiful play of light that would just not have been the same in color.

you did very well in showing the joy and emotion involved in this event while keeping the proud and official feel.

you've taken some fabulous photos, and to show them off, i would take your best shots and put them in a tabblo together, leaving out the very few that are a bit out of focus and perhaps choosing a different arrangement to show off the photos next to each other. they would do well playing off each other with such beautiful contrast as you have given them.

Yes... pic 5 is definitely my favorite. :)

TY for sharing.

Layla (Applegirllayla), you have a good point here. I’d say: the photos are not exactly fabulous; they’re just a simple documentary of a fact. It is VERY difficult to shoot against the window and my cat broke $200 flashlight, so I can not compensate. I CAN however “translate” the mood of an event here and I’ve mixed “bad” shots with “better” ones. The goal is to let you FEEL (just as in most of my tabs) what it was like 2 b there. Technically you’re probably right. Thank you for the EXCELLENT suggestion.
Sincerely,
Andre.
