The Chateau Frontenac is a key landmark of Old Quebec City. A Fairmont hotel with over 700 rooms, this hotel was built in the late 1800's by the Canadian Pacific Railroad. Impressive views of the St. Lawrence River and the environs of Quebec may be enjoyed from many vantage points in the Chateau Frontenac.

No, we left Quebec City to head back to Boston just before the crowds descended on Quebec City for the Paul McCartney concert. Unfortunately, we weren't able to stay for the concert and get back to Boston in time to go to work on Monday.
