This is my beloved Miss Priss more affectionately known as

 "Prissy" & "Lubby"

She was with me until June 25th of last year when she died of Breast Cancer.

As the anniversary of her passing approaches I find my emotions skipping from happy memories to hard to be without her tears.

I wanted to make this tabblo to share her

 loving personality with you.

I miss you and love you my Lubby!

I'm so sorry about Miss Prissy... she looks like she was a wonderful companion for you... so sweet... love the first photo where she's looking at the bigger dogs with that look in her eyes... and the one of the 4 in front of the fireplace... don't know how you got 4 dogs to sit still for a photo... I hope your memories of happy times will give you comfort and peace... and not make you sad!! Love, Jodi

Keeli, I know exactly how you feel. Although as time goes by one tends to remember the good parts, the tears are never far away when it comes to marking an anniversary of a precious pet's passing. Like you I have always had multiple dogs and right now I have Sophie, my third Dachsund, a standard wire together with Bentley, a Basset. Take care, Keeli. Prissy's memory is worth every little tear you shed.

They say 'Parting is such sweet sorrow', but I don't see any sweet side to it. When we allow a person or pet to be so close, we push away the thought of one day having to let go. And that once they'd gone, it would take forever to for them to actually die in our hearts. Memories are okay, but no real substitute. We lost our German shepherd, Kim, after sharing thirteen years with her. You don't get over...your get on.

I know just how you feel, dear Keeli. Precious Prissy. She looks so shy and sweet. She's up in doggie heaven watching over you still, I'm sure of that.

I know how you feel Keeli, my little Rascal died on Oct 18, 2007, and that date is drawing near, now I have tears for you, then they will be for my little guy. We never really get over their death no matter how many other little ones come into our lives.

Thank you all so much for your support. Prissy was nothing but a bundle of love. If you look up "lap" in the dictionary, she will be sitting on it! I am headed to Nashville in the morning and will be away for a couple weeks. I thank all who have commented already and all those who may be leaving a comment while I am away. Cheers ;-)
