Cayo Blanco, Cuba
 
It looks like you can just walk to the boat that parked itself on the sand.

Cayo Blanco has a long, beautiful and pristine beach.  What's unique about this beach is that the water is so shallow that it only reaches your ankle even if you walk some 600-1000 feet away from the shore.

 

With the extremely shallow water and strips of sand extended to the ocean, it is not surprising to see rare sights of people "walking on water".

Cayo Blanco, "White Key", is a small paradise half an hour away from Varadero, Cuba.  We enjoyed a catamaran cruise, did some snorkeling, explored a unique beach, and watched a dolphin show.

Great Tabblo of a fascinating place. It'd be hard for me to visit with the stupid policies in the US toward Cuba.

It looks heavenly. Sure would love to be their right now. We are still getting a cold front in Montreal. Seeing these pictures made me feel warm inside. You managed to get some great pictures!

We were on that beach just a week ago. It is still fantastic, and we loved every minute of it
