As we begin this new year at Tabblo, I'd like to thank everyone who has joined "Music Madness Studio." You all have contributed so many creative and fun Tabblos to the group. This group is a true collective of "World Music." And guitars...so many beautiful guitars--guitar makers and guitar players. If you take the time to browse, you'll find everything from Bill's Jazz in the park out of Charleston South Carolina, USA, to Eduardo's Brazillian Cello, to Pam's amazing musical Colorado collection, to Bo's stunning Refugee Prodigy, Leftof Center's Montreal Music Fest and too many more to name. I hope to see many more tabblo's posted here in this coming year. This is an incredible collection of the arts from an amazingly creative group of people. And despite the turmoil taking place on the planet, these tabblo's just prove that people will always create beauty from music to photography. Art is an inherent part of our lives. Keep them coming. And have a creative year.

Bo Diddley (December 30, 1928 – June 2, 2008) was an American rock and roll singer, songwriter, and guitarist. Often cited as a key figure in the transition from blues to rock and roll, he introduced more insistent, driving rhythms and a hard-edged guitar sound. He was also known for his characteristic rectangular guitar.

Even in his later years he could still rip through a tune with youthful passion. The only time I remember seeing him was at Harper's Ferry in Boston and it was one of the best shows I've ever seen.

They had an hour of his music last night onmy local station. A retrospective, with the bands that were influenced by him, as well. I saw him 4 times. Through all the years and every single performance was stellar. He had passion about what he felt. Music, Love, politics and LIFE
